Lubuskie Region is one of the most attractive areas in the west of Poland. Lubuskie province has a rich offer of tourist attractions, mainly thanks to its natural values.

It is one of the five regions in the country with the lowest pollution level. To protect the area, almost half of which are forests – which gives the region the first place in Poland – many nature reserves, landscape parks as well as nature and landscape complexes were created. We can find among them – Drawieński National Park, a part of National Park "Ujście Warty" /the Mouth of Warta/, landscape parks, 48 nature reserves and 1800 monuments of nature.

Lubuskie province is an important ornithological centre with a nature reserve in Słońsk, where live 200 different birds species. But what more, Lubuskie is also land of lakes, you can easily find more than 500 here. The attractions of the area will be appreciated by nature, active holiday, hunting or angling lovers. There are hunting and horse riding centres here. Many lakes and rivers attract water sports enthusiasts. The Lubuskie is crossed by many kayaking routes. You will easily find also well equipped sailing centers around lakes. The European cycle route R-1 passes through the region, there are also numerous local cycle routes.
